In recent years, the research on complex networks has been gained more and more attentions from researchers in various disciplines. On the complex network launched an in-depth study and much deep research have been down. And it has become a complex network of cross-full of vitality on the field.It's of great realistic significance to study the dynamic on the network with qualitative and quantitative research. Research on complex networks for the transmission dynamics is of important guiding significance in the understanding of different viruses of all kinds of complex systems, information and other things of the spread of these acts and to explore effective control methods.Based on the study of complex networks, the characteristics of complex networks, transmission models and so on are studied in the thesis. It has been introduced the weighted network's characteristic, the static statistics nature, the evolved model and the dissemination behavior in weighted networks. Finally the complex network dissemination theory is applied on the spreading of mobile virus in the communication networks. The spreading rules of mobile virus are proposed for the first time. And then, the mobile virus dissemination model is established. At last, the effective control policy is proposed in its foundation. The thesis consists of six chapters. In chapter one, a brief review about the study of complex system and complex networks is given. And then the main content of this thesis is introduced. In chapter two, the concepts about complex networks is given, include the statistical properties of real networks and the network models together. In chapter three, the weighted networks is studied, include it's features, static statistical, evolution models. In chapter four, several dynamical processes taking placing on complex networks are presented. In addition, several spread models, the spreading on complex networks and weighted networks, and the control methods are researched. In chapter five, the concept of the mobile phone virus, and its mode of transmission are introduced as well as mobile phone communications network characteristics, the function of spread rate was proposed for the first time, and a transmission model based on the weighted networks was proposed, then some effective control methods are raised. In chapter six, a conclusion for our work and some prospects for future work in this field are presented.
