It's an important problem in neural science to study the dynamical behaviors of neuron as the foundation structure of neural system. As we know, the noises affect the neuron dynamical features in real conditions. There are two kinds of noises, the one is the inner noise such as thermal noise and conductivity noise, and another is the outer noise which caused by network effect or synaptic transmission such as signal noise. There are some most widely used neuron models, and based on the three-dimensional Hindmarsh-Rose model and the four-dimensional Hodgkin-Huxley model to study the neuron dynamical features with noises.Based on Hindmarsh-Rose model with conductivity noise the result of numerical simulation said that, the noise can enhance the neuron system excitability under persistent input close to threshold value. We can said that the conductivity noise is very important to induce action potential when the membrane potential is close to threshold value.Based on Hodgkin-Huxley model with signal noise and temperature parameter, the result of numerical simulation said that both signal noise input and temperature parameter will induce enhancement of excitability of the system, and the former induces stochastic oscillations as the later induces periodic oscillations. Compared to the former work, we said that the signal input noise and the temperature parameter induce different effect to Hodgkin-Huxley model, and the temperature parameter have a special role in neuron system.we are able to study the neuron dynamical features further more considering complex conditions since we have done in simple conditions, and that is important to understand the dynamical behavior of neuron system in nature.
