According to the tying requirements of assigning wharf apron track, mathematical model is established by means of applying the Matching theory in graph theory to satisfy the constraint conditions, such as the demands of safe distance and the use of the quay crane who can swing two containers once etc.the allocation model is also set up to increase the efficiency of quay crane when the operator schema of quay crane changed. the corresponding algorithm is designed at the end of this part.Furthermore, the mathematical model of Optimizing Hauling Track of the Harbor established by applying linear programming is analyzed. The procedures is inspected and verified to make use of Lingo software after introducing several kinds of optimization algorithm.
