With the progress of west development and acceleration of highway's construction of GanSu province, there is a lot of deep cut, high embankment and dam-type embankment in the highway of loess region. And because the loess region is located in the seismology region where the modern tectonic activity is stronger, also it make the loess'instability under the role of seismology shows a very prominent geological disasters.In this papers, the author choose one of the highway within GanSu province as the object of study, collecting data, classifying and finding the main failure mode to which research the futures of the slope according to the classified method of the existing slope. It mainly considers the influencing function of the seismic intensity, and according to investigate the region, the author chooses 3 kinds of typical slope constitutes former by using finite element software, and adopting different PGA to analyse the slope's distributing and stability of the displacement, stress, strain and shear strain between non-supporting structure and supporting structure. Results of calculation indicate that the safety factors reduced with the increase of seismic peak acceleration, in which the stability of slopes depressed obviously. Furthermore, the supports for slope not only improve the stability of loess slope, but also enhance the aseismic behavior of these slopes and as a result the safety of slope could be strengthened during an earthquake event. For the design of loess slopes, in order to advance the efficiency of supports to protect the slope body effected by seismic shock, the strength of supports should be designed by a maximum intensity of ground motion, which is possible to take place in a certain construction region.Finally, the author bring forward some proposals to the anti-seismology design of slope and supporting structure in the project according to the calculation result to find the specialty of the slope's distortion and breakage.
