Cell is the basal structure and function unit of organism. In the cell calcium is widely existing and it is the one of important messenger. Most of all life activity (eg,cell division, cell movement, material transport)are related to calcium,eg, cell growth, division and death. Thus, based on nonlinear theory and method, the study on the effect of the noise on coherence resonance in a calcium oscillations system is significant in biology.Based on a mesoscopic stochastic model for intracellular calcium oscillations in a cell system, the combined effect of both the external noise and internal noise on the calcium oscillations system is studied. And some results are obtained.1.when the system is only involved in one noise(either internal noise or external one),the coherence resonance can be produced. When internal-noise coherence resonance occurs,it is interesting that the value of the optimal system size which is corresponding to the maximum R value is of the same order of real living cells in vivo and is comparable to the results obtained by others.2.when the system is involved in both the noise,it is be shown that INCR can be suppressed by external noise, while ENCR can be enhanced by modulating the internal noise intensity. In addition, the position of the RMAXof one noise inducedcoherence resonance does not change evidently with the other noise intensity. At last, besides a qualitative analysis with a competitive mechanism is given for above result,a further explanation by using the effective deterministic mode and bifurcation analysis is also given.
