Athletic fatigue is that the organism can not keep its physiological function at a specific level or remain at a preset athletic intensity. As a physiological phenomenon, athletic fatigue generally exits in sports and training. It is the main reason which causes the athletes'physical function to decrease, the athletic ability to drop, the results of sports to be lower or at a standstill and athletic injuries, etc. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to adopt reasonable and effective measures of recovery to eliminate fatigue, to upgrade the results of sports and be fitter. At present stage, ways of eliminating athletic fatigue include acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, applying different kinds of medicine, nutrition adjustment and so on.During the past few years, further and intensive research was carried out on the effect of electrostatic biology. Proper dosage of electrostatic irradiation can help flora and fauna grow, increase the ability of immunity system. Our research attempts to adopt electrostatic field in the process of eliminating athletic fatigue and evaluate its feasibility. We studied the changes of myocardium structures and their status of recovery. We also studied the feasibility of using electrostatic field to eliminate the fatigue of rats which swam till they were completely exhausted and the effect on their organic fatigue. The result shows that immediately after the rats which swam till they were completely exhausted, the quantity of their serum BUN was more than that of the compared group of rats which didn't swim at all. Then the experimental groups of rats were exposed under electrostatic field of 70kv/m, the quantity of their serum BUN lowered distinctly. This indicates that after the treatment of static electricity of 70kv/m, the phenomenon of the protein speeding up to decompose and metabolize in the experimental group of rats'bodies can be inhibited. Furthermore, if treated with static electricity of 60kv/m, the activity of SOD and GSH-px within the blood can be raised and the organ's ability of anti-oxidation can be strengthened. Through static electricity treatment, the super micro structure of the myocardium changed clearly and the recovery of mitochondria sped up and the quantity of glycogen increased. All of the above proves that static electricity irradiation can speed up the recovery of the cell structure. It can also speed up the elimination of athletic fatigue; promote the recovery of physical strength.
