In this paper, the author has collected and identified 29 species belonging to 9 genus of the Family Theridiidae from Inner Mongolia, China. Of which, 5 species are new to science, named Enoplognatha serrata sp. nov. ; Theridion alashanensis sp. nov. ; Theriodion subkaramayensis sp. nov.;Steatoda aurantia sp. nov.; Dipoena labiata sp. nov. One species is reviewed. An analysis of composition of the species of Theridiidae in this area and a comparison of the spider faunas between Inner Mongolia and its adjacent provinces and country are made in the paper as well. The distribution and ecology of the spiders are discussed with related to the characters of the geography. Based on the analysis of all the species and their distribution, the more species from Inner Mongolia are palaearctic realm of origin (51.72% of all). 13 species (82.76% of all) collected from North-east China region, 55.17% the species collected from Meng-Xinjiang region, 34.48 % the species collected from Hua-Bei region. The species in five zoogeographic regions of Inner Mongolia is as follow: there are 21 species (72.41% of all) from the south Inner Mongolian grass-farm-forest region, 16 species(55.17% of all) from the South-east Daxinganlin grass-farm-forest region, 11 species (37.93%) from Inner Mongolian plateau arid region, 10 species (34.48%) from the North Daxinganlin forest region and Inner Mongolian plateau grassland region.
