In order to study the character of Atmospheric Boundary Laye of Guiyang ,this research use DigiCORA captive sonde to observe all seasons of Guiyang ,get datas of every upper air (1000m ) from non-line sensor , pass the data of temperature , humidity , pressure , wind speed, wind direction to receiver on the earth from processor SPS220T , use the data to study the atmospheric boundary layer and atmospheric environment of Guiyang in all seasons. Get the character of blast temperature from analysis the outline of blast temperature wind direction and humidity section atmospheric stability of Guiyang in all seasons. It is very important for the environment protection and offers important index for the study of atmospheric pollution. The result as follows:(1) The temperature under 400m is descending as altitude arise, the apperance frequency of othermal layer and inversion layer is high in 400~1000m of Guiyang.(2) The change of wind direction in boundary layer is complex as the altitude rising, wind speed outline is descending as the altitude rising ,the wind speed is minishing from 900m to borderline.(3) Mountain-valley breeze circumfluence is evidence, the instability is high as altitude is rising, it reach the most at night.
