With the development of semiconductor technology, people developed a new generation of green lighting: White LED (Light Emitting Diode). It has energy-saving and pollution-free, long life and other advantages. With in-depth study, it is also found that people use violet light or UV LED chips to stimulate white LED sources can increase the efficiency of the LED. Therefore, the efficient trichromatic phosphor which could be stimulated by violet light or UV LED becomes the focus of research.Rare-earth-doped M2(MoO4)(M = Li,Na) series phosphor were prepared by high temperature solid-state. Its structure and properties and luminous performance were studied. The X-ray diffraction data of M2(MoO4)(M = Li,Na) accord with the standard card of XRD. It is showed that the synthetic material is alkali Tungsten-Molybdate, M2(MoO4)(M=Li,Na)type compounds. In the luminescence properties chapter, we Measurement and analysis the excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of the samples M2(MoO4):Eu3+(M = Li,Na) .We researched the different luminous intensity of these samples with different concentrations of Eu3+.In Li2(WO4)2-x(MoO4)x phosphor system, We measured the various samples of excitation spectrum and emission spectroscopy with different X value. Through the curve fitting between luminous intensity and X value, we found the best X value. We also found, along with cation radius gradually larger, the luminous intensity M2WO4MoO4(M=Li, Na, K) gradually decreased.
