The Megnetotelluric detection as a mature geophysics method, has been using on deep structure research, the earth dynamics research and the city engineering survey. But this method itself brought a problem. It is difficult to obtain high quality data in complex electromagnetic area and near-vibration source area. Recently a new method using Microtremor to detect underground is come out. It can avoid electromagnetic and artificial interfere.The Microtremor Survey Method use Microtremor observation to distill surface wave, obtain it's dispersion curve and then get inversion to the underground structure. It has a high vertical resolution. Megnetotelluric method use frequency response from earth to get underground electrical structure inversion. It often has a higher resolution of faultage. Both of the two method use inartificial signal resources, so they can use together without interfere from eachother.At the beginning of Megnetotelluric data inversion, building a good model is very important. So using the result of microtremor Survey to restrict the Megnetotelluric inversion model will make the inversion result closer to the real situation of underground. The dissertation studied both megnetotelluric survey method and microtremor survey method, as well as joint inversion method. Exploratorily give a method of microtremor and megnetotelluric Associated Survey. At last used a practical engineering project to prove the associated survey is feasible and significative.
