Experimental study of rock's acoustic and electrical parameters measurements is the important content of experimental geophysics (rock physics), and is also the basis of well logging. In the studying of well logging and reservoir physics, researching the variational rules of rock physics parameters under different in-situ conditions have important significance for improving the evaluation of the precision and accuracy of oil and gas resources, and it also have important significance for promoting the development of logging and speeding up the subject of the reservoir physics research.Based on the full investigation and study on the researching status quo of rock's acoustic and electrical parameters measurements of domestic and foreign scholars and according to the existing equipment of China University of Geosciences (Beijing), this paper detailedly introducing the principles, operation, experiment process, data processing and error of the experiment.This Paper elaborate on the basic principles of rock acoustic measurement on the CMM-C-type apparatus and the 5800PR equipment works and methods of operation, discussed the methods of T0 equipment calibration and the determinate methods of the location of the first wave of P-wave and S-wave. The acoustic measurement process for potential problems were analyzed in this paper.In this paper, the P-wave velocity and density of 12 rocks about sandstone, granite and Metamorphic rocks were measured, the relationship between these two parameters were analyzed. With the help of software, the FFT computation of the rock's sound wave signals were successfully achieved and the analysis of the spectrum were gave too. According to the the waveform and spectrum characteristics of the 12 rocks, this paper analyzed the reasons. The paper introduced three different mechanism of sound attenuation, and analyzed the sound attenuation situation of 12 rocks According to their waveform.This Paper elaborate on the basic principles of measuring methods of rock's electrical parameters. Based on CMM-C-type apparatus, the paper described in detail the operation, experimental methods, sample preparation and experiment process. In this paper, the performance of the instrument was tested. Using two sandstone core of the laboratory for the actual testing, and results were processing and analysis. The error and the causation of the error in the experiment were also analyzed. The paper Derived Archie parameters of the two sample, and the test results is rational and effective.
