On the basis of the extended studies of the physical models, mathematical methods and the theory references published in China and overseas on well test analysis of the vertical and horizontal wells, this thesis makes a summary of physical models of multi-porosity reservoir, makes an analysis of the mathematical models of dual-porosity and triple-porosity reservoirs (based on Warren-Root model), carries out the establishment and computation of mathematical model of the vertical and horizontal wells ,and achieves Laplace's solutions and the solutions of apparent wellbore radius model. Pressure and derivative curves of these models are obtained using Laplace analytical and mathematical methods.In modern well test analysis, considered the wellbore storage and skin factor, characteristics of pressure and derivate curves of vertical and horizontal wells for dual- porosity reservoirs are analyzed. According to pressure derivate function of dual-porosity reservoir, characteristic equation is developed to directly calculate the parameters of fluid capacitance coefficients and interporosity flow coefficients. The dimensionless quantities are changed into dimension quantities This method is a new way that obtains the parameters easily and quickly. After that, triple-porosity models of vertical and horizontal wells considering wellbore storage and skin factor are analyzed, dimensionless pressure and derivate curves have been plotted using stehfest method and their characteristics and affecting factors are also analyzed.This thesis provide two examples of dual-porosity reservoir to compare the solutions of characteristic equation with the interpretation of business software, they are in the same quantity degree.
