With the depth of oil and gas well increasing, the difficulty of hard rock drilling is added too. At present, the traditional rotary drilling methods with cone bit or PDC bit is more often used. When drilling a hard formation, the penetration rate is low, the service lifetime of bit is short and the cost is high. According to the rock-breaking theories, the percussion-rotary drilling technique is one of the most effective ways to drill hard rock. Hydro-efflux percussive-rotary drilling is deployed to exploratory drilling of gas-oil field, the anticipative average drilling efficiency of hard rock would be advanced 30% to 50%, and the cost fell 15% to 20%.Fluid Efflux Hammer has a good repute in the field of drilling for its particular style and specific performance, from its borning. But with the using of Fluid Efflux Hammer in oil drilling, we found that the working life of its key accessory- efflux element decreased from 100h to 10h, which result in the frequency of stepping up Impacting Machine increasing, because of that the cost of oil drilling increased too, and the application of Fluid Efflux Hammer is restricted, therefore, some aspects would be studied as follows:1.We use CFD simulating the flow of efflux element ,the pump quantity which have three level 320L/Min,240L/Min and 200L/Min come from what the lab could supply. CFD offered the distributing figs of rate and pressure, by which we can conclude that the distributing figs of rate of the three level are similitude, the quantum is bigger on the entrance of muzzle and attaching dot. When the pump quantity are 320L/Min and 240L/Min, the distributing figs of pressure and turbulence energy are also similitude, the Max of pressure is at the entrance of muzzle, while pressure at attaching dot, Pi-jian and output chunnel are bigger than other place.2.On the basis of the distributing figs rate simulated by CFD, we found when the pump quantity is 320L/Min, the distance from entrance of muzzle to attaching dot is 41.2274mm,and the rate of attaching dot is 44.9312m/s.We chose the attaching dot as the center and the area 2mm long,1mm deep from the center as CAE researching area, the material is 35CrMo and the model is impacting model. Thread the CAE outcome, we can conclude that when the granule strike the area , because the stress is less than the bent stess of 35CrMo, the area would not appear a great deal of breakage, as the time flow, the distortion of the center is increase and extend ,which lead the center destroy, so the erosion have token place. At the end, the area of erosion and the dot of erosion increasing, which result in the efflux element invalidation. It is appeared from the distortion figs that the area produced by the striking is small, its unit can be mark as mm.3.The paper have analyzed using surface disposing to improve the working life of efflux element, as a matter of fact the method is working. The paper put forward CAE to analyze the working life of effluxelement is low-grade, because of the complexity of the rate in the efflux element, it is difficult to set up a ideal model at a short time, so we have to do a lot of job at the last time.
