Photoacoustic effect of solid state was analyzed by acoustic excitated and laser excitated ultrasonic in the paper based on one dimension changed temperature field, and photoacoustic effect of biological tissue(spinach leaf tissue, fowl liver tissue) was analyzed through experiements. First a detection system of double-beam photoacoustic detection was established using tunable wavelength OPO laser which gives the monochrome, pluse and more peak power as the light source. Here, the system was simplified by removed the spectrophotometric ,chopper and Lock-in amplifier. In the experiment, carbon was used to examine laser energy first, and then the photoacoustic spectrum of spinach leaf tissue, fowl liver tissue and lycopene was detected by the system respectievely. The results of the experiments gave the photoacoustic spectrum absorption band of carotenoids, hemoglobin and lycopene. The paper provides a new way for photoacoustic detection of biological tissue, and it can be used to the field of recognition of biometric characteristics, focus tissue distinguished and forepart diagnoses of illness.
