In order to improve our country's satellite navigation system, the second generation satellite navigation system of our country is constructed to adapt to the space war and information war in the future. Based on the existing successful experiences, techniques and the resources of the NO.1 Beidou navigation and positioning system, the new system is more robust and has the ability of navwar. The new system is all time, continuity, 3-dimensions, high precision and passive. In the future, it will be gradually updated into a global one. This paper does research on the general application of broadcasting information of the regional navigation system, such as navigation information, wide area augmentation information and integrity information, and uses User Equivalent Range Error to analyze the measure precision of the regional navigation system. The main work is summarized as follows:The constitutes of the regional navigation system is introduced, and the methods of calculating positions for different positing modes are investigated. Navigation information and wide area augmentation information are used in these methods. Then integrity information, such as Regional User Range Accuracy (RURA), User Differential Range Error (UDRE) and Grid Ionospheric Vertical Error (GIVE) are analyzed.Aiming at three frequencies of the regional navigation system, the triple-frequency correction model of ionospheric refractive error and the ionosphere-free combination model of triple-frequency is deduced basing on the dual-frequency correction model of ionospheric refractive error. The second-order ionospheric effect can be corrected and the positing accuracy can be increased through those models.Error resources of pseudo-range are introduced by the numbers, and the influence of all kinds of error resources on pseudo-range accuracy is analyzed. Refer to GPS and Galileo User Equivalent Range Error (UERE) estimation, the regional navigation system UERE in different positing modes is estimated. During one running period, DOP and measure accuracy of different positing modes of 16 ground observation stations are analyzed by using UERE and DOP.The theory and flow of missile position positioning combining the regional navigation system and local area difference are introduced, and the calculation course of user is deduced.
