This paper discusses related issues of biology evolution based on the Penna model, including extragenetic diseases, "closed fishing" and the development trend of China population based on Penna Model.Penna asexual propagation model is based on mutation accumulation theory, and was introduced by T. J. P. Penna in 1995. The model is identified on an age structure, including the environmental, genetic mutation, age of propagation, the limit of population, and other factors.Penna sexual propagation model is based on Penna asexual propagation model, changing individual compose, propagation and mutation rules. This model was introduced by Stauffer.D in 1996. Since Penna sexual and asexual propagation model was introduced, the widely applied to explain the reality of the phenomenon and explain the deeper meaning behind the phenomenon immediately, and is widely development and application.Chapter two, the model was based on Penna asexual propagation model, main discusses a model with extragenetic diseases. Each single cell is described as Penna Model. It sets the rate of extragenetic diseases and the cured rate of diseases to control the survival of the population. It explains the extragenetic diseases, the essential able of resist and cured feasibility. This paper has been published in《The Penna Model with extragenetic disease》.Chapter three, according to Penna sexual propagation model, a total new model, "closed fishing" model, has been put forward. In this chapter, individual used Penna sexual propagation model to express. A year is divided into four seasons, and defines the rules of death, reproduction, fishing and so on for fish. And then discusses the population size of fish and the fishing products in the case of closed fishing or not. At last the conclusion is obtained that the policy will be significant if fishing intensity is in a certain range. This paper has been published in《The effect of "closed fishing" in China》.Chapter four, based on Penna sexual propagation model, family mechanisms were appended, and the propagation rules, the number of offspring B, the critical value T were changed. In the end, we discuss the population size, population age structure, birth rate, mortality rate, percentage of population aging and so on, to study the Penna model application in the trend of China population.Researching in this area, people can have the opportunity to study the way of biological evolution from different angles, which reflected in changes in the parameters and rules. For example, we can use the basic data and the age structure of Panna model to further discuss the issues of aging and fertility policy. These researches all have great prospects.
