| In this paper, we discuss in biomathematics, determinacy model and random model in the function in the fulfillment and the process of their mathematical model's establishment. In the meantime, we elucidate how to verify the rationality of mathematical model. At last we discuss some non-continuity Markor course's solving process and their property.
