In this research, first, two axisymmetric model are made to analysis the stress singularity, in which one fiber and matrix is considered as transversely, in other one fiber is isotropic material and. matrix is considered as transversely. With the aid of asymptotic and variable separation, the characteristic equations, which could determine the eigenvalue at interface end, are obtained. Then the stress singulirities The variation of eigenvalue with volume fraction is obtained in the two models.Second, the photoelasticity and destroy experiments are designed to research how the stress singularity of interface end influences the initial debonding of the interface and interfacial stress distribution. And the results from the experiments are compared with the results from the numerical calculation. It's found in photoelasticity experiments that the interfacial stress distribution vary with the change of the characteristic length of singularity of interface end. It's found in destroy experiments that usually the debonding initiated at the interface end with singularity, but as the index of stress singularity, as well as the characteristic length of singularity of interface end decrease to some extent, the initial debonding moves to a point apart from the interface end. This phenomenon clearly shows the index of stress singularity has obvious influence on the debonding of interface end.
