With the economical unceasing development, the traditional energy like coal, petroleum and so on is in short at global scale. As one kind of inexpensive, clean green new energy, terrestrial heat resource has been paid great attention day by day by the people. Thus full exploitation of terrestrial heat resource plays a vital role to adjust energy supply structure and alleviate the energy supply pressure. Because of its fast, economical, big area research to the quantity of heat resources and the hot field distribution change, thermal remote sensing technique has become the Terrestrial heat resource survey and the investigation aspect one kind of new tendency day by day.This article selects the Shanxi Province Linfen area as the research area to apply thermal remote sensing technique survey terrestrial to heat resource. As follows:(1) Process the inversion pertinent data of land surface temperature, then determine inversion algorithm of research area and atmospheric transmission ratio and mean temperature by using vapor content of weather station and near ground temperature;(2) Carry on atmospheric correction of research area images, acquire LSE through the method of NDVI, input the estimate atmospheric transmission, mean temperature and surface ratio radiance to the decided inversion algorithm to inverse ground temperature and analyze the results;(3) Estimate the transmittance, the atmospheric mean temperature and LSE and carries on definite algorithm and the analysis result, analyzes the background condition, the origin and its the distribution characteristic and the rule which the Shanxi Province underground hot water forms, the union meteorology, the geological data, the establishment sentence translates the symbol, to the daytime, at night two scenery data surface temperature anomaly area carries on the synthesis contrast analysis, the definite geothermy unusual area distribution, finally did with the research area convention geothermy investigation result distribution compares, has obtained a better effect.Thermal remote sensing technique does for the land surface temperature one examination method, regardless of theoretically or practices all proved it is one effective new technical method. It obtains the hot picture material has, the image, the precision direct-viewing high, the speed is quick, pass through the condition limit and so on many merits, causes the temperature examination technology to have unprecedentedness to progress, therefore it is widely applied each discipline domain, has obtained the remarkable economic efficiency and the social efficiency. In the survey geothermy unusual area, specially or has the hot spring distribution regarding the shallow layer geothermy the area, so long as coordinates with other technical methods, unifies with the specialized knowledge and the expert thought versatilely obtains the good application effect.
