The seismic is no-stationary signal with the many kinds of the disturbing waves and the intricacy noise. The well processing methods can improve the economic efficiency and save a great deal of cost. We can get seismic attribute factors such as the frequency, amplitude, phase, and eventually improve the veracity of the liquid prediction by time-frequency analysis. The paper analysis the ordinary time-frequency method and its actual processing effects, finally, compares the advantages and the disadvantages of it.However, the time-frequency is always restricted by the uncertainty principle. We can make up the shortage of it by the subtly analysis of the high frequency and low frequency energy. At the high frequency part, the deeper of the reflection wave, the lower of the dominant frequency and the weaker of the energy because of the un-elasticity attenuation. So we should compensate the high frequency energy to improve the resolution or expand the component of it. There are many compensation methods of the un-elasticity attenuation, but many of them are based on the quality factor. Furthermore, the appropriate compensation and inversion need the definitude attenuation and forward theory, in fact, there are short of the forward technique based on the attenuation all over the world. At the low frequency part, the dominant frequency changes to low and we can get the low-frequency shadow through the time-frequency analysis because the low-frequency energy attenuates slowly. In fact, the low-frequency shadow is mainly caused by the seismic attenuation, and is used to forecast the liquid for many years. However, the mechanism of the low-frequency shadow is in the theory formula period or the physical simulation, but not the numerical simulation. The paper puts forward the diffusive-viscous wave equation to simulate the attenuation of the seismic frequency, shows the low-frequency shadow through the time-frequency analysis, inosculates the actual data and provides the theory and numerical foundation of the liquid prediction by the low-frequency shadow in the actual data processing.The four-dimension exploitation developed in the recent 10 years, and in favor of the real time control. It may appear the time-lapse of the travel time besides the seismic attenuation, and the time-lapse is the foundation of the four-dimension exploitation. The paper simulates the seismic attenuation and the time-lapse based on the diffusive-viscous wave equation and provides the theory basis in the actual layout exploitation.The numerical simulation operates the directly roles in the seismic exploitation, processing and the explaining. We can't get all the numerical outcome of the any model by field exploitation or the physical experiment. We can simulate the character of the seismic attenuation and time-lapse of the any model by the diffusive-viscous wave equation, and provide the theory foundation of the compensation based on the seismic and time-lapse to the liquid identity.
