This research make use of ILRIS36D 3-D laser image scanning system to monitor the Anjialing strip mine slope in Pingshuo of Shanxi province for six periodic. It also applied the software Polyworks8.0 to handle the 3-D point cloud data and monitored the movement of the researched slope surface for a period of time. Which offer the basic data for the boundary condition, glide direction, happening time and the harm of the slope ,and really fulfill the functions of multi-parameters,high precision and real time take the information in long-distance.The investigation result shows that it take better effect of using 3-D laser image scanning system to monitor the slope, from the error chart we analysis that the slope's whole distortion is calm, and the most displacement level is cm because the exploitation quantity is big which result in the displacement accelating of the slope. Whereas the field where the displacement change is small because the exploitation quantity is small, so it relatively calm and will not have the trend of coast for a while. The fractal value D and the H value of symbol center point's 3-D displacement data which caculated by fractal method and R/S method are both round 1 ,and the correlation coefficient are both above 0.9,which shows that the displacement change of slope is calm . At the same time the precision of forecast model of symbols'displacement which found by the Gray forecast method is very high , the after check ratio are both less than 0.35 and the absolute associate are both above 0.9, so it can be used to the long-range forecasting of 3-D coordination displacement of slpoe's symbol.
