The most abundant element in the universe is hydrogen element, so the study of atomic and molecular clusters of hydrogen in the cluster physics research occupies a very important position, The research of atomic and molecular clusters, has built a bridge between atomic and molecular physics and condensed matter phy- sics, for the development of atomic, molecular ions and the theory of atom or molecule, material science, surface science ,catalysis kinetics and the environment science are of great significance. The paper studied the "Wake Effect" of H3+micro- cluster through micro-thin carbon films, which occupies an important position in hydrogen ion clusters. The study of the paper work can be divided into three parts:(1) We introduced the high-differentiated atomic collision devices and multi-spectrum data acquisition and processing system, discussed the on-line measurement of ultra-thin carbon films briefly, the initial process of the experimental H3 cluster coulomb explosion occurred after the charge exchange. (2) Referenced the plasma model, deduced the wake potential field ofexpression, discussed the composition of the two particles between the particle clusters wake potential of mutual influence, and on the basis, discussed the wake of the specific impact, had a brief note of H2+ through solid the interaction effect of the wake effect. (3) From the formation mechanism and structures started, had a brief discussion of the cluster in the medium charge exchange. On the basis of the plasma model, found a new way to deal with H 3+ wake effect. Made an experimental simulation in the process of data parameters and experimental conditions limit the number of relatively mind analog spectrum, and the experimental results are compared and found that the two are in good agreement.
