Base on the study of Luneng Baoqing power plant's parameters of vibartion desgins,we achieved the following results:1 The engineering site located in Northeast China Earthquake Areas. Today the tectonic movements and the seismic activity are weak in here.2 The most near field region located in the plain which low mountain area combine with plains ,and the south of Baoqing_Longzhua depression Before the Late Pleistocene, the lifting motion of secondary tectonic in Baoqing_Longzhua depression is intensive. But it became stable from the holocene. From the regional seismic network has been established,there has no record of mordate or strong earthquake in near field region.3 Through the seismic risk probability calculated , we give the respond spectrum of the place's 50 years and 100 years exceeding probability which.is 63% 10% 2% of bedrock peak value of horizontal acceleration and acceleration.4 Using the exploration data of engineering parameters of vibartion, one-dimensional seismic analysis of soil mechanics model has been built . Used the wave analysis of equivalent linearization method,we analyzed and caluculated the site earthquake response.and determined the second team of 852-farm's engineering parameters of vibartion. 5 In engineering site the topography is flat ,soil layer construction is smily and does not existing buried fault . It is not exist the geological hazards background of landslide ,subsidence ,debris flow and surface rupture and so on.
