Aviation scout is capable of detecting aim, distinguishing and analyzing. It is an efficient modern way of scout. To develop scouting is very important for modernizing military information, protecting nation safety.In this paper, it introduces the types of air scout and raises an especial problem, the image-motion. It is a vital factor for the image's quality. In the process of aviation scout, there is an unavoidable phenomenon of the correspondingly moving between the film and object. It leads to illegible image.Therefore, it is the key to compensate the image-motion. There are multi- image-motions because of the airplane pose, such as leeway, welter and pitching etc. In this paper, it advances a new structure mostly formed by main reflector, minor reflector and revolving table. The structure can compensate at three-axes. When air scout working, the system makes minor reflector circumrotate. It compensates the pre-image-motion according to the ratio of speed and height W/H.
