With the rapid development of computer technology and the information launching in water conservancy area, hydropower optimal simulation software and system need more efficiency of data processing, access security and system extensibility. Therefore,hydrology data processing platform come out, it mainly aim at high efficiency access in the hydrology long series historic data. By the complexity technology, it wrapper the variety of network, the crossplatform of OS and the compound of data source, and the end users could access the mass data transparently, achive the support and uniform process in stream flow forecast, flood reform calculation, hydropower combine dispatach of hydropower optimal system.How to use this advanced component architecture in engineering of water conservancy and solve real problem is the primary topic we concerned. During the development of FengTan Simulation System, it exist a lot of paper material, excel sheet and relation database fomat of isomerous data, and depend on different survey station, the form of records are also variety, like this multifarious data and a bit complex logic make the data processing speed slow, it won't fit the real needs of engineering, thefore, how to slove this problew is the key in the project. Through the code optimize, bottleneck profile, technology ameliorate, find make use of the XML meta-date to define multi-source isomerous data, and put the repetitious calculated data in the In-Memory Data Cache is good for improve the speed of data processing, quicken the operation procedure. On the other hand, adopt the design mode of componet module could insulate separate unit, make the whole system as building block structure, achieve the all-sided encapsulation of the data processing platform. The problem reflect in FengTan Simulation System compose the main content discussing in this article.Firstly, it analyses the data processing flow of hydropower simulation software now faced problems in the distributed compound conditions. At that point, combing the nowadays technology trend, bring up the data integration and MMDB scenario. Then, merge them into COM+ component processing platform. In the architecture, it applies the XML as the proxy of data transforming, clearing up the compound data source integration problem; utilize MMDB in the query engine unit, promote the concurrency speed; through the interface of COM+ services, achieve the synthetical application in multi-platform. Finally, it links up real project discussing the data processing platform in FengTan Simulation System. At the same time, through a series of analysis and testing reflects the function and efficiency.
