The article discusses the theory of the data processing and the conclusion about the local area augmentation integrity network systematically. Great support was given by National Natural Science Foundation of China and Key Laboratory of Fundamental Geographic Information and Digital Technology of Shandong Province during the research.First, the article introduces the GALILEO system and the process, then details the theory of the local augmentation and the local integrity monitoring, and gives the procedure of the data processing.According to the theories above , the author composites the program of precision and vertical protect level computing, then uses data of GALILEO simulation to compute the precision and vertical protect level and analyses the changing pictures when the plane is in the difference places in the monitoring network, gets the changing discipline. Then the author computes the precision and vertical protect level and analyses the changing disciplinarian by changing the number and the location of the monitoring stations when the plane' s track is fixed, and analyses the changing disciplinarian when the plane is in the different monitoring networks, at last, the author gets that the precision in the square network is better than it in the other networks, also the author gets that the VPL in the square network is bigger than it in the pentagon network , but the difference is very little.For carefully consideration, the author thinks that the square network is the best network for the local area augmentation of monitoring network. China has attended the GALILEO project and to be a big user, it is very important to launch the study of GALILEO system and local area augmentation system integrity monitoring network according to the practical situation. It will impetus the construction of wide area augmentation system, and improve the precision and the reliability of the navigation. Also, it will accelerate the application of the GALILEO in our civil aviation, and lay a foundation for the study of the GRADE II navigation of China.
