Platinum group elements (PGE) as a group of elements exist in the nature with similar special chemical features. It's the base to research and solve the significant problems on the geochemical evolution, evolvement degree, material sources and so on..However, geochemistry of PGE is a weak part in the element geochemical research and the metallogenic regularity of PGE metal deposits is still known a little. For a long time, the lack of accurate and abundant PGE data has been the major reason that has limited the geochemical research of PGE, which is also correlated to the abundance of PGE in the geological samples. Therefore, the accurate measure of PGE, Re and Au has been the major work for analytical chemistry researchers for a long time.We limit many experiment conditions, including melting by alkali, dissolving by acid, clearing up by microwave and adding KClO3, also the pretreatment by deoxidization of H, temperature and dissolve time, to establish the technique of Carius tube digestion at 220℃and the inverse aqua regia to dissolve 99Ru and 191Ir. Meanwhile, it's demarcated and examinized with the spikes made by international PGE standard solution and national one.Through the experimental research, the analytical flow of PGE, Re and Au has been determined by ID-ICPMS for geological samples. Firstly, digest samples by inverse aqua regia in Carius tub, purify by distillation of Os, extract Re by acetone, then enrich Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir, Pt and Au by Te-Se coprecipitation, finally, determine the relative isotopic reatios of Ru, Pd, Re, Os, Ir and Pt by ID-ICPMS (X seriers), and also measure Rh and Au by comparison taking Lu as the internal standard.Standard reference materials were analysed by procedure describe above to check the validity of the method. Blank values were smaller than that of fire assay method. The results of Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir, Pt and Au were close to reference values. And concentrations of Re and Os were same to others.This is the first time to offer reference data of PGE isotope dilution for the cobalt-rich crust standard material and peridotite international standard material by this analytical technique in China.
