With a view to combine the digital image restoration with microscopy , the paper looks back the research and development of the both aspects at first , introduces the theory of image restoration in ditall , and then specializes some algorithms of digital image restoration in common use .By fabricating a pointolite , the point spread function of the optical system is measured . Through measuring a series standard widths , the reliability of a method named transformation of spectrum space is demonstrated .With the combining of the digital image restoration with microscopy , the surfaces of steel plates applied in osteopathy is evaluated , and the scratches scaled in 10 microns are measured accurately and easily . This method is also a good alternative provided to feeler mechanism .With the microscopic system , the measured point spread function is used to recover the surface constitution diagram of spheroidal graphite iron . After successively using the maximum likelihood estimation algorithms and iteration threshold segmentation algorithms , The total content of perlite and spheroidal graphite casting is obtained .
