Queues With Impatient Customers

First, this paper studies multiple servers queues with impatient customers of preemptive priority. Many researchers have studied the queue systems with multiple servers and impatient customers. They have obtained lots of results. However, the queuing system combining multiple servers, preemptive priority, finite waiting room, changeable arrival rate and service rate has not been studied. Under this circumstance, this paper studies the system based on M/M/m/2k-m queue with two kinds of customers, finite waiting rooms, constant arrival and service rate. Then, it studies the system with two kinds of customers, a finite waiting room, changeable arrival rate and service rate. The two moulds above mentioned are studied by matrix analysis.At last, this paper studies a queuing system with vacation, negative customers, lost positive customers and impatience. This mould uses matrix method. This makes the process be simple.In this paper, we study three moulds and get the mean queue seize, lose rate, average waiting customers along with other performance measures.
