The heavy flavour studies lie on the frontiers of elementary particle physics. The investigation of excited B and D mesons mass spectra provides substantial information about the nonperturbative quantum chromodynamics(QCD)hadron process,funda-mental parameters of the quark model and several related effective theories, and tests the heavy quark effective theory. For example,as stressed by Rosner[1],B* states also have important applications to CP studies of neutral B mesons by the identification of their flavour(b versus(?))through the decay chain B*→B0π±.Hence,the identification of the narrow B* resonances will be valuable for this.Several models, based on HQET and on the charmed L = 1 meson data, have made predictions for the masses and widths of orbitally excited B mesons. Some of these models[3,2]place the average mass of the jq = 3/2 states above that of the jq = 1/2 states, while others[4,5]predict the opposite. We consider the Heavy Quark Effective Theory(HQET)as the most suitable the-oretical framework to start our study.[6,7].Based on HQET,we consider the radiative correction to the excited heavy meson mass with QCD sum rule.Cumbersome two-loop tensor integration was calculated in a systematic way.The mass obtained in this paper is m((?)+,1/2(?)2.45 GeV,m((?)+,3/2(?)2.50 GeV and m((?)+,3/2(?)5.80 GeV with a considerably large uncertainty of about 0.2 GeV which are consistent with newly experiments.
