In this paper,we investigate two questions:First, the paper deals with stability for retarded functional differential equations systems ,we can get the uniformly asymptotically stability theorem and the global asymptotically stability theorem ,by using Liapunov functional equations which are not positive definite,and the derivative of Liapunov functional equations which depending on retarded functional differential equations systems are also not negative definite.Second,The paper investigates the fractional differential equation: D~αx=f(t, x), whereα∈(0, 1) and f(t, x) is a given function.
