We use the sodium hydrosulphide (NaHS) to be the exogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) for the rice, and investigate rice cell activity affected by H2S, and explore the rational treatment-condition on time and concentration to advance the research. In addition, we investigated the effects of anti-oxidase system and cyanide-resistant respiration by NaHS in rice cell to implict that H2S can make rice cell yield the resistance machenism as the potential inductor. The results of experiments reveal:1. The EVANS Blue dyeing, TTC detection and fluorescent Microscope analysis validate that the effects is the most obvious by NaHS treating in 4 hours. The cell death show that the dependent-concentration relationship, such as cell death constantly ascend while the concentration is increasing from 0.5mM to 5Mm. It demonstrates that the NaHS can supply H2S for plant as the exogenous donator and can affect the rice cell.2. When the NaHS treat rice cell by low concentration (0.5mM-lmM), the anti-oxidase activity of rice cell is ascend obviously and when the concentration is higher than 1mM, these enzymes activity descend suddenly. We suggest that the NaHS in low concentration has the induction to anti-oxidase system and the NaHS in high concentration can destroy the anti-oxidase system. Contrasting with anti-oxidase system, the glutathione has obviously dependent-concentration with NaHS, but the ratio of GSSS and GSH content is serious imbalance.3. The effect of NaHS in electronic transmission chain of mitochondrion is very obvious. H2S can inhibite the cytochrome oxidase C, so it leads to the cytochrome respiration pathway and the totel respiration fast decrease when NaHS exists in rice cell. Meanwhile the cyanide-resistant respiration pathway is increasing obviously to make up the loss of cytochrome respiration pathway.
