In this paper, the lower confidence limit of the parameter is studied in the case of k type interval censored data. The method of constructing the lower confidence limit is based on sample space ordering. The related theory and recursive formula for computational method are given.Interval censored data is classified as incomplete data. It occurs when we can't be sure about the exact time of some events happening, but certain time area. Interval censored data is very common in the research of storage reliability. All the time, how to construct confidence interval with interval censored data attracts researchers' attention. As far as I know, the research mainly focus on I type interval censored data. By comparison, there are less research on k type interval censored data. By incorporating the advanced experience of predecessors, I propose to take a fresh look at the confidence limit of the parameter in the case of k type interval. In this paper, the following three tasks will be done. First, an order will be established properly in the sample space in order to derive the general form of the lower confidence limit. Second, the existance and uniqueness of the lower confidence limit will be proved. Finally, the recursive formula for computational method is given.
