With the implementation of a large scale of genome sequence project, a large number of sequences of prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms have been accomplished. It is very important to analyze the sequences at gene and genome levels. Identification of replication origination regions is one of the hotspots in bioinformatics field. In this thesis, window model of double components is proposed to identify replication origins based on the difference of base component flanked by bacteria replication origins. Getting two sets of curves about component varieties by the slide of window along DNA strand in genome. Using the technology of wavelet analysis to denoise for two sets of curves, to find the point of intersection of these two curves and make sure the replication origins position in prokaryote genome.In chapterâ… , what is the bioinformatics is introduced, and the main work of this field is represented. Seeing from the results, replication origins of prokaryote genomes distribute close to the points of intersection of two curves that describe change trend of G+T and A+C content. Close to replication origins G+T content value change from minimum to maximum, on the contrary, A+C content value change from maximum to minimum in most of prokaryote genomes. Only a few of prokaryote genomes appears opposite situation.In chapterâ…¤, the construction process of database of molecular motor protein is described.
