| In this paper, we devote to investigating the dynamics of the Turchin-Batzli model of the form Sufficient criteria are established for the existence and the stability of the equilibrium and the nonexistence of limit-cycle. In order to show and complement the theoretical study, we carry out numerical simulation with the help of Matlab. Applications to the arvicoline rodents population are also presented.
