The electrostatic purification are widely used in various industries such as smelting, cement and fire power plant. In this paper, a new charged way ,bipolar non-symmetric technique, of particles are descripted based on the mechanics of aerosol. The experience of new charged way are discussed from these aspects ,such as collection of gaseous pollutants and the new mechanism of collecting dust in using electric coagulation and none corona are also introduced.Firstly, the origin of charged particles coagulation are introduced, the research development in the coagulation is expressed in this dissertation.Secondly, the character of particles is analyzed based on the mechanics of aerosol.Thirdly, the method of traditional method of charging particles is introduced, web charged electrode. The experiments conclude that the negative charge way is much efficient than the positive charge way.Fourthly, study the influence of diameter of particles, wind speed, voltage to the coagulation.Lastly, study the effect of the new charge way from measuring the aggradation of charged particles. The coagulation of bipolar non-symmetric charged particles is a new method of electric dust concentration. Given a appropriate coordination of positive voltage and negative voltage, it can achieve higher collecting efficiency even with lower discharge voltage contrasting with traditional electric dust concentration technique. The experimental results demonstrated that the bipolar non-symmetric charge could obviously increase collecting efficiency by 8.7% .
