As one of the environmental effects of LUCC, hydro-effect has become the focus. LUCC changes the surface evaporation, the soil moisture and the intercept of land cover, affects the original term of the surface runoff, the hydrological process of the basin was influenced directly, the accumulative changes influence water circulation, Taihang mountain in Hebei is the typically vulnerability zone of ecology environment, water resource problem and environment problem is outstanding. Now, water resource in mountain area decreases and ecology environment deteriorates, it is stringent to deal with the problem of water resource and to keep water safety.Based on the programmer of Hebei Province Natural Science Foundation"Study on the Influence and Optimized Mode of LUCC to Water Circulation in Hebei Taihang Mountain Area"(programmer number: 403163), the thesis studied the hydro-effect of LUCC in order to provide the proof for the sustainable use of water and protection of ecology environment in mountain area.The data root from remote sensing images of the studied area in 1987 and 2000, through GIS and statistical analysis, the author analyzes LUCC of Ziya river basin and Daqing river basin in Hebei Taihang mountain, using BASINS 3.1 to imitate the hydro-effect of LUCC in these mountain basins, and get the chang of surface runoff and surface evaporation in the condition of wood land, grass land, cultured land. Throug analysing the effect on surface runoff and evaporation in 1980 and 1990, the author give the macroscopic suggestions for elements of water circulation in these two mountain basins. Main sesults:(1)The land use type is principally cultured land, subsequently grass land and wood land from1987 to 2000 in Ziya river basin, the proportion of cultured land, grass land, wood land covers more than 90%,the resemblance between Ziya river basin and Daqing river basin is the decrease of cultured land and grass land ,the increase of wood land and construction land, the stability of water land and unused land; the difference is the change in extent, the change in speed and the change between all kinds of land use type.(2)Using BASIN3.1 to analyze the change of the surface runoff, evaporation on the condition that the land is totally covered by wood or grass or heath ,then compared to 1980s, the water runoff increase in heath and decrease in grass land or wood land; the evaporation increase wood land and decrease in grass land and in heath, on the real condition, the change degree of surface runoff and evaporation in Ziya basin is higher than in Daqing basin.Based on the analyse of surface runoff and evaporation in these two basins, valuable suggestions will be given.
