Amplified HPV L1 gene with the primer of SPF(Small PCR Frame,SPF) and observed the result with gel scan system . and next use the product of amplification hybridize with the chip, The results were showed in the chip scan system.Cloned the HPV L1 gene and compared the sequencing of clones with the HPV L1 gene in the Genbank for validating in the method of bioinformation. If the matching rate is higher than 90% , means the clones is the a type of HPV. then compared the result of gene chip with the result of sequencing. if the matching rate is 90%, proved the gene chip is can be used in the clinic.
