The Application Of Experimental Design In Quality Management

Design of experiments is the important ramify of statistics. It is a reasearchhow to constitute appropriate experimental project and how to do an effectivestatistical analysis on the experimental data. There are many methods ofexperimental design including Block design, Latin square design and Youdensquare design. Nowadays, we do most research in Orthogonality design,Uniform design, Parameter design, Regression design, Confounding designand so on. Our research point focus on the improvement of the design projectand the analysis of the data.Quality Management is a effective system which is use to do marketresearch, products design, service provision and connect actions of qualityplan, quality keep and quality control. Many statistical methods have beenwidely used in these actions of quality management. Design of experiments isa important one.Design of experiments has been focused and sustained along with thedevelopment of quality management. This article gives some methods ofexperimental design inprovement considering some actual cases in qualitymanagement, one is the improvement in design model analysis by usingLeast-Absolute Criterion, the other is three-dimensional sequential uniformdesign.
