With the development of technology, more and more products with high reliability appear. We call these data "zero-failure data". The research on the zero—failure data has more important and more practical values with it appeared more in the recent years.In this article, the author gives a new way to deal with zero-failure data of exponential distribution. Basing on the experience of the expert, the author gives a conservative upper-limit ofλ, then supposes the prior density function ofλisπ(λ), and then, transforms the prior density function ofλinto the prior density functionof P_i by Jeffers. Finally, the author calculates the Bayesian estimation of p_i and the estimation of reliability.
