The crops ecology effect geochemistry appraisal is refers in there on geochemistry investigation foundation, causing a work in view of the area belt in which the ecology geochemistry question elements and the compound exceptionally distributes develops. Along with the industry and agriculture production development, the soil and crops' contamination concern which brings by the heavy metal is day by day serious, crops direct participation food chain circulation, therefore, the heavy metal excessively high inevitably will affect the human health and the ecology security in crops content.In this paper , plant and the corresponding soil of the root and the soil solution sample were gathered in Taiyuan, Datong and Xinzhou basins of Shanxi Province, the analysis of pH and the TOC and harm elementss, has obtained the massive high accuracy data. In view of the agricultural production influential harmful elements content level, the distribution characteristic, the ecology effect carry on the ecology geochemistry validity appraisal.In the research area, the heavy metal content characteristic in seed of corn, in root, in stem, and in leaf findings indicated that, majority of seed of corn belongs to the organic foods category, but some 0.36% As elements, 3.8% Pb elements pollution is quite serious, and surpasses the national food health standard. As, Cd and Pb elements average c ontent performance in the corn is: Root > leaf > stem > seed; Hg element average content: leaf > root > stem > seed.In the research area, As,Cd,Hg and Pbcontent distribution characteristic in corn soil of the root and in seed of corn relations findings indicated that, As belongs to first level above 90%, in the corn soil of the root the As average content: Xinzhou basin > Taiyuan basin> Datong basin. But in the soil the Cd content region difference is very big, surpasses three levels of soils mainly to concentrate the Xinzhou basin , other all is first level of soils, majority of Pb content is lower than two levels of soils standards in the corn soil of the root. 91% of Hg content belongs to first level of soils. In the research area, As, the cadmium, theHg, the lead concentrate the coefficient not to be big in seed of corn, if rejects exception, various elementss concentrate in the coefficient and the soil the corresponding elementss content have the extremely remarkable relativity.In the research area , To study the correlation between heavy metal elementss indicates that, between the heavy metal elements, the heavy metal and other elementss have the co-function and the anti- function, and this strengthen the corn to bear the heavy metal the ability Possibly.Using heavy metal content in seed of corn and the present national food health standard, study crops in the area to carry on the ecology effect appraisal. The result indicated that, seed of corn in research area is solid majority of all in the organic foods scope, only has approximately 3.8% Pb samples content to exceed the allowed figure with 0.316% sample As exceeds the allowed figure. Synthesizes four kind of heavy metals elementss content to demonstrate that, research area corn exceeding the allowed figure rate achieves 4.1%, security food accounts for 18.99%, the organic foods only accounts for 54.6%. But refers to the person date to take in the quantity, As, Cd, Hg, Pb and the ADI limiting value compares, people take in the lead generally exceeds the allowed figure in the research area.Through to study the elements content in the soil solution and seed of corn relations findings indicated that, various elementss content in the soil solution and seed of corn has the very remarkable correlational dependence.
