| Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) spectroscopy shows that high sensitivity for deterring the molecules adsorbed on the surface of the metals of surface phenomena, and given plentiful information of the molecular structure.The same substance can create different Raman enhanced effect on the different SERS active substrate. In this paper, piperidine is chosen detective molecule, the normal Raman spectra and the surface-enhanced Raman spectra of piperidine on the silver film and in the silver sol-gel are obtained.Through using the technology of Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering and analyzed piperidine's SERS spectra, we conclude that it's adsorption on the silver surface is depend on N atom's vertical structure. It is analyzed that different Raman scattering intensity of piperidine on the silver film and in the silver sol-gel. Because the distance between silver atoms on the silver metal is smaller than in the silver sol-gel, making piperidine get larger tie force on the silver surface, and then enhanced key's polarized rate, and enhanced created dipole strive, the better Surface Enhanced Raman scattering. Physical estate has prodigious effect to electric field intensity, silver atom in silver film has better effect than in silver sol-gel, which make piperidine has large Surface Enhanced Raman scattering on the silver film. |
