Hai River basin is distinct on the conflict of water resource and water environment in China, Research and use evapotranspiration beneficial to the shortage of water resource in Hai River Basin.Utilizing spatial analyse, the results produced by SEBAL Model the software determining evapotranspiration with Remote Sensing in Hai River basin, Reference and actual ET 1 kilometer resolution in Hai River basin, take total amount among different provinces, cities, countries, Water resource three classes region, land use types, and union. Temporal and spatial Distribution of Reference and actual ET are achieved from 2003 to 2005. So is reference, crop and actual ET 30 meter resolution among three demonstration counties in Tianjin.It account about for 80% in one year variation of actual ET in Hai Basin, when cover from the 7th to 19th half month in year, being second half April to first half October. ET relative relation: ET south > ET north, and ET seaboard > ET plain > ET mountainous area in spatial distribution.ET of the two resolution have a little difference, monthly error is within 19% and yearly error is within 9%.Comparison between ET of Water balance and remote sensing, their errors is within 18%.According to this, as well as the scene analysis conclusion of variation of ground districts, To rise the level of quantitative capacity of integrated management of water resources is feasible.
