On Software Technology Research Programme

Software technology is focused inland or abroad, because it is the base and core of information technology. This dissertation studies on software technology from philosophy of science & technology.This dissertation uses analogy method which diverts Lakatos's theory of"scientific research programme"into studying software technology and establishes the system of software technology research programme. Firstly, analyzes frame that is hard core, protective belt, and periphery, conclude the characters of software technology research programme. Those are the development to"scientific research programme"under new condition. Lastly, under the conclusion, this dissertation discusses the strategies of our country software technology development in order to provide academic base to governmental policy of science, technology, economy, education etc.One side, these studies analyze software technology system and advance new views which add new theory and angle of view in study software technology; another side, this dissertation discusses scientific research programme and makes it more perfect which settle base and sustain for its application in other research field.
