In this experiment, the paraffin-section technology and light microscopy were used into slices and quarry three kinds of plants from different area: Betula platyphylla Suk. ,Prunus salicina Lindl. , Viburnum sargentii Linn. . Found finally: the plants has possessed the characteristics of unique dissection structure in saline-alkali circumstance , the plant from Baicheng is compared with what has been picked from the campus of Northeast normal university, the plant had evolved various saline-alkali resistant structure to adopt the environment .The material at the base of the city Baicheng compared with material of Changchun to make clear that the plants from Baicheng have thicker cuticles, the cuticle can prevent the excessive transpiration of the moisture in the body of plants , it is important for the plant to meet the needs under the condition of lacking of water; Betula platyphylla Suk.and Viburnum sargentii Linn.'s leaf , epidermis of the plant wrap dense hairs, full of air in each of hair , appear white , can reflect the light , therefore it is a function of preventing the temperature from increasing, and hairs on the material in Changchun are relatively less; Obviously the stomatal apparatus on the above are more than the under on three kinds of plants, it is not obvious that the stomatal apparatus sinks in the leaves, but the room under the stomatal apparatus is relatively larger in Baicheng's plant leaves, it is favorable to air exchange of the plant, and benefit the going on of photosynthesis;In addition ,the palisade cell of three kinds of plants picking in Baicheng are closer than Changchun, a bit thicker, these are favorable for plant to adapt to the saline-alkali environment of Baicheng; There are much interstitial space among cells of the three plant. the interstitial space forms after mesoglea of cell is dissolved, and turns into the aerenchyma, oxygen that is inhaled from stoma is effectively reserved in the aerenchyma, meets demand of plant. In the city of Baicheng, the crystals with various kinds were found in the cavity among the cells of the three plants , but found less in the area of Changchun or not; Especially in the stem ,the diameter of the stem vessel element of three kinds of plants in Baicheng , obviously greater than three plants in Changchun, the stem vessel element is the main organization that is transported water in the plant, saline-alkali soil make the earth's surface extremely lack of water, the plant needs exceeding underground to absorb the moisture very deeply , the expandation of the diameter will undoubtedly benefit the transportation of the moisture in the body of plant.With the comparative structure study of three species Betula platyphylla Suk. ,Prunus salicina Lindl. , Viburnum sargentii Linn. .It is find that plants has evolved out different saline-alkali resistant structure to adapt to the saline-alkali stress in Baicheng.
