In this dissertation, on the base of precursor's study, through paraffin-cut section, histochemistry ways and ultra thin section technology, the ovule development stage of Pinus was confirmed, female gametophyte cellularity stage of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. was observed, and the relativity between the structure and substance through the cellularity stage of female gametophyte of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. was discussed. Main consenquence were:1. Through histochemistry technology, the ovule development stage of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. was confirmed. The development stage of Beijing was 20 to 30 days earlier than northeast area. The ovule development stage were: the ovular degeneration stage, tetrad stage, free nuclei stage, dormancy stage, female gametophyte cellularity stage, and embryo development stag. The female gametophyte cellularity stage was about April to June.2.The female gametophyte cellularity process of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. conformed to the cellularity stage of nuclear endosperm of angiosperm. The whole process needed 40 — 50 days. The stage was begin with the edge of vesicle of megaspore, and it was faster that the composing speed near the micropyle than chalaza. During the prophase, something like chipping existed in cell sap. And to metaphase, they connected with each other like thin silk and then turned to cell like beehive. There was no cell chamber. To anaphase, embryo come forth, cell like beehive turned to cell with polygon. These polygon cell ranked in tightness. Their cell-wall was thicker more and more. Some little vacuole appeared and cellularity stage was over.3. In the process of female gametophyte cellularity of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr, endoplasmic reticulum, golgibody and cytoskeleton had connection with the formation of cell closely.4. During the prophase, amylose such as cellulose, hemicellulose, and so on distributed in cell sap in vesicle of megaspore and was ready for substance of cellularity. There was a enrichment area of starch grain, protein and fat in free part of nucellus. It was a nutritional area for germination of pollen tube and cellularity of female gametophyte. There was a fat area with one layer of cell around nucellus and close to the integument. It was supposed that had connection with cellularity. And to metaphase, there was a lot of protein in egg cell. It was supposed that had connection with fertilization. The cell near archegonium matured earlier than other area which synthesized amylum, protein and fat firstly. There was no cell near chalaza, and have no amylum, protein and fat. To anaphase, cellularity was over and embryo come forth. There was a cone enrichment area with amylum, protein and fat around embryo sac. This area extended to the brim of endosperm. And it was faster near the micropyle than chalaza.In a word, the structure changing of cellularity of female gametophyte was in synchronization with the process of accumulation of substance. It claimed that the changing of structure was the consequence of accumulation of substance and these substance offer nutrition to the changing of structure through the cellularity stage of female gametophyte of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.
