| The present thesis is concerned with conservation laws of an electromagnetic field in the Kerr spacetime (or more generally in a type-D, vacuum spacetime). In terms of the zilch tensor of an electromagnetic field and the Penrose-Floyd two form, new conservation laws for an electromagnetic field in a type D, vacuum spacetime are constructed. |
