The Nadong metallogenic belt is located in the Qimantage chasmic trough of the East Kunlun orogenic belt, Qinghai Province, in which have been found a great number of nonferrous and iron deposits including the Yemaquan, Kendekeke, Nailinge, and Bayinguolehe deposits, as well as many nonferrous mineral occurrences. A detailed study has been carried out on the typical nonferrous deposits in the metallogenic belt. Following are major achievements obtained through the study in this thesis.1. The main metallogenic type of the Nadong metallogenic belt is the skarn type.2. The author primarily studied the geologic characteristics of this type of deposits in the metallogenic belt.Based on this study,The ore-controlling factors were analyzed ,and the exploration marks were determined.3. The exploration potential was analyzed. The targets were determined. The Za104 anomaly area is a good prospecting to find the skarn type magnetite deposit.
