The dissertation mainly investigates into the nonlinear behavior in three-wave coupling, controlling of hyperchaos and applying in secure communication.Firstly, we analyzed and calculated the Lyapunov exponents, attractors, time series and power spectrums in this paper. The system is at periodic states or chaotic states when the normalized linear frequency and damping coefficient are in some ranges. The periodic states can be changed into chaotic states, and the chaotic states can enter into periodic states too.Secondly, in order for controlling hyperchaos in three-wave coupling system to occur, the system appears to the second three-wave coupling process when we use a small signal wave interacted with the primary system.In the end, we researched on the principle and the method of encryption in hyperchaos system. The files which consist of DAT files, TXT files and BMP files are encrypted and decrypted simultaneously and then make the results. Hyperchaos in the system is fulfilled and applied in secure communication.
