Objective Our study focused on research the correlation among the oxidative damage, stem cell senescene and animal aging ,by measure the quantity of free radical, morphological and biological changes of animal and cell model .We want to explains that D-galactose inducing subacute aging mouse model is related to cause the oxidative stress damages.,and want to provides a good model of animal aging and stem cells senescencive. and references for further research in aging. Methods1. D-gal induced aging animal model: The 3-week-old mice were divided into two groups at random, twenty in each group. Normal control group was given saline(0.3ml) every day , D-gal group was given 5 %D-galactose(0.3ml) every day, Saline water and D-galactose were given by intraperitoned injection, and they were fed with feed stuff.Saline water and D-galactose were given for 8 weeks.After one week stopped the injection, we collected all tissues.2. the detection of aging signs: We observed the constitutional and action changes of each group.and measured the activities of SOD and MDA in serum , skin and tissues with biochemistry methods.3.
